Set Up: Create a New Pipeline
Pipelines are visual representations of workflows a lead or contact will go through as part of your process (such as a sales/purchase process). Think of this in terms of taking them from "A to Z".
Adding a New Pipeline
- Go to the Manage Pipelines page by either
- Clicking your name in the top right corner and selecting "Pipelines & Integrations",
- Clicking "Manage Pipelines" from the main Pipelines page, or
- Clicking "Setup Pipelines" from the "Pipelines" tab of the Setup & Training page
- In the top right corner, click the green "Add New Pipeline" button
- If you want to use one of our Pipeline Templates, or if you have a Share Code to redeem, use the Import options to the right
- Follow the wizard to finish importing your Pipeline Template
- If you want to set up your new Pipeline from scratch, use the "Create Your Own Pipeline" option on the left
- Follow the wizard to name your Pipeline and optionally connect it to a Facebook⢠Group
- If your Pipeline is specific to a Facebook⢠Group and you want to connect it,
- Toggle the option to "Yes"
- Enter the Group URL
- Click Next and confirm the Group name is populated
- Click Save to save your new Pipeline and unlock the rest of the Pipeline Setup options
