Set Up: Create a New Pipeline

Pipelines are visual representations of workflows a lead or contact will go through as part of your process (such as a sales/purchase process). Think of this in terms of taking them from "A to Z".

Adding a New Pipeline

  1. Go to the Manage Pipelines page by either
    1. Clicking your name in the top right corner and selecting "Pipelines & Integrations",
    2. Clicking "Manage Pipelines" from the main Pipelines page, or
    3. Clicking "Setup Pipelines" from the "Pipelines" tab of the Setup & Training page
  2. In the top right corner, click the green "Add New Pipeline" button
  3. If you want to use one of our Pipeline Templates, or if you have a Share Code to redeem, use the Import options to the right
    1. Follow the wizard to finish importing your Pipeline Template
  4. If you want to set up your new Pipeline from scratch, use the "Create Your Own Pipeline" option on the left
    1. Follow the wizard to name your Pipeline and optionally connect it to a Facebook™ Group
  5. If your Pipeline is specific to a Facebook™ Group and you want to connect it, 
    1. Toggle the option to "Yes"
    2. Enter the Group URL
    3. Click Next and confirm the Group name is populated
  6. Click Save to save your new Pipeline and unlock the rest of the Pipeline Setup options
