My GroupTrack is Running Slow

GroupTrack running slowly generally happens when the computer is multitasking. If your GroupTrack is slow or bogging down, this can usually be improved by closing out any inactive programs open on the computer while trying to run GroupTrack.

Chrome is also known to be a resource hog, so closing out additional, inactive tabs in your web browser outside of the ones you need to run your GroupTrack-related activities can speed things up as well. Additionally, try turning off any other extra extensions that are running in your Chrome while trying to run GroupTrack.

If neither of these options work, please try logging out of GroupTrack, restarting your computer, logging back in, and trying again.

For Pro Tier Users: As a note, leaving your bulk messaging queue running (even while empty) can cause a slight slowdown as automations are processing in the background. The same can be true of Post Tracker jobs that are set to run on a Loop. If your message queue is empty, you can try pausing that to speed things up, or stop any looped Post Tracker jobs from running temporarily while you are processing other things. Don't forget to turn them back on later to continue processing your automations.
