Troubleshoot: Incognito Mode

Typically when we see issues with the extension, it's related to other extensions interfering with the operation of GroupTrack. The best way to test to see if this is the case is to try running GroupTrack in Incognito mode. Follow the steps below:

Within Chrome, start by clicking the puzzle piece and then "Manage Extensions."

With the extensions page open, find GroupTrack in the list and click the "Details" button.

Ensure the "Allow in Incognito" is turned on to allow GroupTrack to run while Chrome is in Incognito mode.

Once this is toggled on, click the three dots in the top right corner of Chrome and select "New Incognito Window". This will open a new window that has all other extensions disabled temporarily. From there, try your activity again.

If you're able to complete your activities as normal in Incognito mode, this means that one of the other installed extensions in your browser is causing the problem and will need to be either removed or disabled while using GroupTrack.

If it still doesn't work, please record a Loom of what is happening and send to [email protected] for troubleshooting assistance.
