Troubleshoot: Page's Inbox is Not Available

If you are receiving the following error, please follow the steps below to adjust your Message settings:

To fix, adjust your message settings under Messages --> General --> Advanced Messaging Options tab.

Set the sending method to use Full Messenger as pictured below:

Follow the instructions listed on the page to determine whether you need to change the secondary toggle. 

Once your settings are updated, try sending or queueing your message again. If it still is not working for you, please submit a ticket to [email protected].
