Troubleshoot: FB Membership Questions Weren't Captured

If you're feeling panicked because something didn't work with GroupTrack membership approval not capturing your new group member's entry questions, fear not!

Facebook has these questions stored, though they are pretty inconvenient to get to. 

Start by going to your group's member list, and then scroll or search for the name of the person for whom you wish to retrieve the member questions:

Click the name of the person you're looking for to open up their group profile. This is going to take you to a user profile page that is specific to the particular group you are in, and show you details about this group members activity within the group. Scroll down on the page and look along the left-side panel under the group badges for a section called "Member

If there were any membership questions captured (by Facebook!) when the member was approved into the group, you will be able to click on them here. 

If you want to copy these into your GroupTrack for easier reference in the future, open up the contact in your GroupTrack and then select the pipeline that you want to store their questions in. Then, choose the green "New" button next to Member Request Questions as shown below. You will be able to copy/paste in each of your member's questions and answers from FB.
