Troubleshoot: Merging Duplicate Contacts

Finding that you have duplicate contacts in your GroupTrack CRM? Never fear, the Merge function is here!

Accessible in both the table and pipeline views in the top right corner of the screen, you can use this merge function to combine the data from duplicate contacts including pipelines, tags, membership questions, and contact details!


Start by selecing the Merge button in the top right corner:

This will allow you to select 2 duplicate contacts. Once you have 2 contacts selected, you'll see a "Continue Merge" button.

This will take you to the merge menu where you can select which data you want to keep from each of the duplicate contact cards to merge together into one. Follow the instructions listed on the page and then click the green "Merge Now' button at the bottom to finalize the contact merge.
