Training: Find the Right Leads Using "Limited Fields Search" AKA "Bio Text"

Add the RIGHT leads to your pipeline with the click of a button!

Since "finding the RIGHT leads" is vital to everyone's business, here's a training on a GroupTrack feature that allows you to add people to your pipeline who fit your criteria!!
How to add leads who match your criteria from groups:
1. Go to group where your ideal clients (yellow cars) hang out
2. Click on "Members" 

3. In the upper right hand corner, click "add all" members

4. When the pop up appears, type the "BIO TEXT" you are looking for. (Please Note: this is only information that the Facebook user placed on their profile such as their job description)

5. Click "Continue" and then allow GroupTrack to run (it may take several minutes). GroupTrack will only add members from the group with that BIO TEXT to your pipeline of choice. 

6. Once you've added those members to your pipeline, open the webapp so you can add a tag to their contact card.

7. Sort for the members you added to the pipeline using the Advanced Filtering options.

8. Use the Bulk Actions to add a tag that matches whatever bio text you searched for, such as coach, ceo, etc by following the steps here: Bulk Actions | Add or Remove Tags
