Policy Overview

GroupTrack CRM does not offer refunds for our tool or programs. All GroupTrack CRM subscriptions come with a free 12-day trial. Due to the nature of our tools and services, our customers pay for access, not for usage. 

What if I canceled a day late?

Contact support ( [email protected]) within 24 hours of being charged to alert us that you have canceled your subscription. We will offer a one-time refund for that single payment, less a 5% refund processing fee.

What if I email after 24 hours?

Contact support ( [email protected]) to alert us that you have canceled your subscription and we may (at our sole discretion) offer a prorated refund for that one payment, less a 5% refund processing fee.

What if I signed up, but never used my GroupTrack account?

Due to the nature of our tool and services, our customers pay for access, not for usage. Just like most other subscription-based services (ie. streaming services, gym memberships, etc.), we do not offer refunds if you choose to not use our tool. 

What if I am having technical problems and can’t use my GroupTrack account?

If those technical problems are a result of user error or your personal device (ie. your computer), we will not offer a refund. Due to the nature of this tool, there will be times that certain features may not operate on your specific social media account. If we find you are unable to use a feature for an extended period of time, we may offer a credit, at our sole discretion.

What if I forgot I have a GroupTrack subscription?

It is your responsibility as a business owner to monitor your subscription and cancel if you are not using GroupTrack. Just like most other subscription-based services (ie. streaming services, gym memberships, etc.), we can not offer refunds if you forget your subscription and do not cancel.
