Troubleshoot: Message Variations Missing Part of the Message

If you find that the message template you have created is only sending part of your message, it is likely because your message has a paragraph break in it that is causing an unintended variation. This causes the two paragraphs to be set up as two different versions of that message, IE. Some messages will have only the first paragraph and others will have only the second.

In order to create a message with a line break when you are creating messages templates, please note the following:
- When you press Enter on the keyboard, that essentially "completes" a message variation and the next thing you type would be an additional variation.
- If you want to have a space between text, such as a line break, without it creating a new variation, you want to press Shift+Enter on your keyboard to add the line break.

As an example:
Paragraph 1
<shift+Enter>
Paragraph 2

will send both paragraphs 1 and 2 with a line break in the middle to space, as pictured below. Notice that only 1 variation is listed in the green box:

While
Paragraph 1
<Enter>
Paragraph 2

will create two different variations of your message, with some messages sending with paragraph 1 and others sending with paragraph 2. See below and notice the two variations noted in the green box:

In order to ensure your message will send both parts/paragraphs of your message, you will want to edit your message template to take out the enter and use <shift+enter>.
