Troubleshoot: "Register Groups" Button Isn't Active

If you're inside the web application (app.grouptrackcrm.com) on the Profile & Settings page, and the button to "Add New" under registered groups is not clickable there could be two reasons. 

1) You haven't installed the Chrome Extension yet

  • Click here to install the Extension on this device.

2) You're a team member who doesn't have "Admin" permission.  

  • If you've already installed the Chrome Extension, it could be that the button isn't available because you're a "team member" on an account. Unless the account owner has given you "admin" permissions, you will not have the ability to add/register groups.
