Time-based KPI Metrics

GroupTrack's Time-Based KPI Metrics allow you to report on historical activities within the CRM.

All Time-Based KPI Metrics share a common time period, which is set at the top of the panel:

Your selection will be saved for the next time you load the dashboard.

KPI Cards on in this section will be broken into at least two categories:

  • "Messages and Status Labels": These are KPI's related to messaging and status labels. They are not associated with a specific Pipeline.
  • "Pipeline: [pipeline name]": These are KPI's related to a specific Pipeline. All KPI's for a given Pipeline will be grouped together.
