Real Time KPI Metrics

GroupTrack's Real Time KPI Metrics are based on Advanced Filters set in either the Table or Pipeline View. They are essentially the result count of a Saved View.

In order to create a Real Time KPI, go to either of those Contact Views and open the Advanced Filters panel. Set the search criteria you want to report on. Once you have the filters set, click the "Create KPI Metric" button in the top right.

Give the KPI a name to display on the Dashboard, and optionally give it a description that will show when you hover over the number in the KPI Card.

The new KPI Card will now appear in your KPI Dashboard.

From the KPI Card, you can click the icons in the top right corner to jump to either the Pipeline or Table Views and the filter criteria will be automatically set, letting you see the actual Contacts that make up that metric value.

Note: Filter Criteria that does not include a Pipeline selection will not have the Pipeline View option
