With Facebook Friends in GroupTrack, you can:

Please Note:

Larger groups will take longer to run, potentially up to a few hours for massive groups with thousands or more members. Also, GroupTrack will add all members listed on the page, including contacts who show in the invited or banned lists. Please update your contacts' stages appropriately after adding them to your CRM.

How to Add Facebook Friends

Step 1: Add Friends Individually

1. Go to Your Friends List:

   • Navigate to your Facebook friends list.

     Hover Over a Contact's Name:

   • As you hover over the name, the GroupTrack sidebar will pop out.

     Click "Add to GroupTrack":

   • In the sidebar, click on "Add to GroupTrack."

     Choose a Pipeline:

   • Select the pipeline where you want to add this friend.

Step 2: Add Friends in Bulk

1. Go to Your Friends List:

   • Navigate to your Facebook friends list.

     Click "Add All Friends":

   • A pop-up should appear with the option to "Add All Friends."

     Select a Pipeline:

   • Choose the pipeline where you want to add all selected friends.

Step 3: Verify Pipeline Assignment

1. Check GroupTrack:
   • Verify in GroupTrack CRM that your friends were added to the correct pipeline.
