Integrating your Instagram contacts into GroupTrack CRM allows you to keep track of all your leads and interactions seamlessly. This guide will walk you through how to add contacts from various parts of Instagram into your GroupTrack Pipeline, ensuring that no lead goes unnoticed.

How to Add Contacts from Instagram

Step 1: Open Instagram

• Launch the Instagram app or go to the Instagram website.

Step 2: Log into GroupTrack Chrome Extension

• Ensure that you are logged into the GroupTrack Chrome Extension. This extension enables you to interact with Instagram directly from within GroupTrack.

Step 3: Navigate to Your Newsfeed

• Go to your Instagram newsfeed, often referred to as the "For You" page. This is where you will see posts and updates from accounts you follow.

Step 4: Add Contacts to GroupTrack

• Hover over the contact's name in your newsfeed. The GroupTrack sidebar will pop up.
• From the sidebar, select the GroupTrack pipeline to which you want to add the contact.
• The contact will be added to the selected pipeline for tracking and further action.

Adding Instagram Followers

1. Open Instagram and go to the page with the followers/following list (this can be your followers or someone else’s followers).
2. Click on "Followers" or "Following," depending on who you'd like to add.
3. Click "Add to GroupTrack."
4. Select the pipeline you'd like them added to.
5. Celebrate as all of these leads are now being tracked!

Adding Instagram Messages

1. Open Instagram and click on Messages in the left-side menu bar.
2. GroupTrack will begin attaching to your conversations.
3. Click on a conversation to load it into the sidebar and add the contact to GroupTrack, or simply click the "Add to GroupTrack" button on the conversation itself.

Adding Reel Reactions

1. Open Instagram and log into the GroupTrack Chrome Extension.
2. Click on the reel of your choice.
3. Access the list of users who liked your reel.
4. Click "Add All."
5. Select the pipeline where you wish to track them.
6. Do a happy dance—your leads are now tracked!

Adding Post Reactions

1. Open Instagram and log into the GroupTrack extension.
2. Find the post with the reactions (hearts).
3. Click on "others" to see everyone who liked the post.
4. Click "Add All" from the pop-up box.
5. Select the pipeline where you would like these contacts to be tracked.
