Training: Add Notes to Contact Card
One of the great things about GroupTrack is that you can add notes to a contact's "profile" or "card" so you can track important information about the conversations you've had with them. This will enable you to follow up and continue the conversation with vital information that moves your lead or client to the next step in your process.
At the top of the "Global Feed" within a contact card, click the "New" button:
Select "Note" in the dropdown, add your desired notations into the box, and then click "Save" in the lower right:
