We understand that sometimes you may need to take a break from using GroupTrack CRM. This document provides important information about suspending or pausing your account, as well as steps you can take to retain your data before canceling your subscription.
Understanding Account Suspension and Data Retention
Data Retention Policy
- When you request to suspend or cancel your GroupTrack CRM subscription, please be aware that due to the costs we incur to store and host client data, we are unable to store data for clients without an active subscription.
- Once an account is canceled, we retain your data for 90 days before it is permanently purged from our systems.
Exporting Your Data
- If would like to download a copy of your contact data before canceling your account, you can do so by following the instructions linked here: Export Contacts to CSV.
- This allows you to retain your contact information and other important data before your account is permanently closed.
