  • No Refunds Policy: GroupTrack CRM does not offer refunds for our tools or programs. All subscriptions come with a free 12-day trial period. Customers pay for access to our services, not for usage.
  • Subscription Management: It is the responsibility of the user to monitor and manage their subscription, including canceling if the tool is not being used.

What if I canceled a day late?

  • Answer: Contact support at [email protected] within 24 hours of being charged to alert us that you have canceled your subscription. We will offer a one-time refund for that single payment, less a 5% refund processing fee.

What if I email after 24 hours?

  • Answer: Contact support at [email protected] to alert us that you have canceled your subscription. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a prorated refund for that one payment, less a 5% refund processing fee.

What if I signed up but never used my GroupTrack account?

  • Answer: Due to the nature of our tool and services, our customers pay for access, not for usage. Similar to other subscription-based services (e.g., streaming services, gym memberships), we do not offer refunds if you choose not to use our tool.

What if I am having technical problems and can’t use my GroupTrack account?

  • Answer: If the technical problems are due to user error or issues with your personal device, we will not offer a refund. If a feature does not operate on your specific social media account for an extended period, we may offer a credit at our sole discretion.

What if I forgot I have a GroupTrack subscription?
