This help document provides step-by-step instructions on how to set up your task notification preferences in GroupTrack CRM. Notifications can be sent via email, SMS, or in-app, helping you stay alerted when actions need to be taken.
Definitions
- Task Notifications: Alerts sent via email, SMS, or in-app to remind you of follow-up tasks.
- In-App Notification: A notification that appears within the GroupTrack CRM platform.
- SMS Notification: A text message sent to your phone to alert you of a task.
- Email Notification: An email sent to your specified address to alert you of a task.
Steps
Updating Your Profile
- Locate Your Profile
- In GroupTrack CRM, click on your name in the top right corner and select "Profile & Notifications"
- Edit Your Information
- Update/add any information that you want to change so that it is accurate
Setting Your Notification Preferences
- Decide How You Want to be Notified of Tasks
- Select either Email, Phone, or App
- If you choose Email, you will receive an email when your tasks are due
- If you choose Phone, you will receive a text/SMS when your tasks are due (fees may apply)
- If you choose App, you will be view your tasks in the web app
