This guide provides detailed instructions on how to tag contacts in a Facebook comment using the Bulk Actions feature in GroupTrack. This powerful tool is available to users on the Premier and Pro plans, enabling efficient and organized social media engagement directly from the GroupTrack Web App.

Prerequisites

• Have a list of contacts ready that you want to tag in a Facebook comment.
• Obtain the permalink URL of the Facebook post where you want to tag contacts.

Steps

Tagging Contacts in a Facebook Comment

1. Open the Web App
   • Navigate to the GroupTrack Web App at app.grouptrackcrm.com.
2. Access Table View
   • Click on "Table View" or "Pipeline View" from the main menu to display your contacts.
3. Filter Contacts
   1. Use the Advanced Filters to find the contacts you want to tag in a comment
4. Initiate Bulk Actions
   • Click the blue "Bulk Actions" button to begin the process.
5. Choose the Action
   • In the dropdown menu labeled "What do you want to do:", select "Tag Contacts in FB Comment".

6. Paste the Post Permalink
   • Enter the permalink URL of the Facebook post where you want to tag the contacts.
7. Add Comment Text
   • Add any text you want to include before the list of tagged contacts in the comment.

8. Live Video Tagging (Optional: coming soon)
   • If tagging contacts in a live video, toggle the "This is a Live video" switch to adjust settings accordingly.
9. Save for Future Use (Optional)
   • If you plan to reuse this post for tagging in the future, click "Save for Later" to store the settings.
10. Select Contacts
    • Choose the contacts you want to tag from your list by selecting them.
11. Process the Action
    • Click "Run Bulk Action" to complete the tagging action.
