Saved Filter Views in GroupTrack CRM enable you to quickly access frequently used filter settings, streamlining your workflow and ensuring that you can easily locate and manage specific groups of contacts. This guide will walk you through the steps to create and load saved views, enhancing your efficiency in managing your contacts.


What Are Saved Views?

Saved Filter Views are customized settings that allow you to quickly retrieve a specific set of filters and configurations in your contact table view. Instead of applying filters manually each time, you can save these configurations as a view and load them whenever needed.


What You Can Do with Saved Filter Views

With Saved Filter Views, you can:

  • Save time by quickly loading frequently used filters.
  • Maintain consistency in how you view and manage contacts.
  • Easily switch between different contact views without resetting filters each time.

How to Create a Saved View

Step 1: Apply Filters

  • Start in Pipeline or Table View
  • Apply Filters: Apply the filters you want to use frequently. This can include selecting a pipeline, tag sets, stages, and any other criteria you commonly search by.


Step 2: Save the View

  • Click "Save Filter Set & Apply": Once all your filters are set, click on the "Save Filter Set & Apply" button located in the bottom right corner.
  • Name Your View: Give your saved view a name that reflects its purpose or the filters applied.

How to Load a Saved View

Step 1: Access Advanced Filters

  • View Your Contacts: Navigate to either Pipeline View or Table View in GroupTrack CRM.
  • Access Filters: Click to access filters.

Step 2: Load the View

  • Click to Load Your Saved Filters: In the top right corner, click the three dots

  • Choose Your View: From the list of saved views, select the one you wish to load. The selected saved view will apply, updating your table view according to the predefined filters.
