Introduction
GroupTrack is all about keeping your account safe by assisting you in ways that are not bot-like or spammy. One key aspect of this is helping to ensure you don't send too many message too quickly. There is no published limit on the number of messages any social platform will allow you to send in any given timeframe, and your number will depend on your historical habits, the quality of your messages, and other behavioral factors each platform may track.
Before You Begin
Note the difference between messages GroupTrack sends individually at your request, those sent via GroupTrack's Queue, and those you send manually on a social platform NOT using GroupTrack.
If you are not on the CORE Max plan, or have not purchased a Bulk Messaging add-on, the Queue portion will not apply to you.
Your Daily Goal
Under Tools -> Conversations you will find a "Daily Goal" section at the top. Here, we display the total number of messages GroupTrack has sent on your behalf, whether they were queued or sent manually.
If you work on multiple Teams, this number tracks the total messages you have sent across all Teams. It reflects everything we've done of your behalf on the selected platform since 12:00 AM today.
You can set a max goal here, but GroupTrack will not prevent you from exceeding that max.
Your Queue Settings
If you are on the CORE Max plan, or have purchased a Bulk Messaging add-on for any platform, you will have access to the "Bulk Messaging Queue Setup" page for each platform.
On this page, you will need to configure Queue Settings related to message frequency, breaks, and working hours.
One required setting here is "Maximum Messages per Day". The Queue will stop running when this number is exceeded, and restart automatically when it is safe to do so.
Importantly, the "Day" portion of this Maximum Messages setting can be defined in two ways:
1) Messages sent in the last 24-hour rolling window
2) Messages sent since 12:00 AM today
You can toggle between these two interpretations of "Day" using the toggle at the top of the right column.
