Inactive Account

If you log into the webapp (app.grouptrackcrm.com) and get a notice that says "Inactive," that usually means your subscription payment is not up to date. Please follow the instructions here to update:  https://help.grouptrackcrm.com/article/320-manage-payment-method 

If that does not do the trick, please open a ticket using the blue question mark in the lower right corner of your webapp or by emailing [email protected]. Thank you!
