Inactive Account

If you log into the webapp (app.grouptrackcrm.com) and get a notice that says "Inactive" that usually means your subscription payment is not up to date. Please follow these instructions to get it updated:

  1. Open web app (app.grouptrakcrm.com)
  2. Click on Profile and Settings Tab on left side
  3. Click "Manage subscription" 
  4. Update your payment info

If that does not do the trick, please open a ticket. Thank you!
