Inactive Account

If you log into the webapp ( and get a notice that says "Inactive" that usually means your subscription payment is not up to date. Please follow these instructions to get it updated:

  1. Open web app (
  2. Click on Profile and Settings Tab on left side
  3. Click "Manage subscription" 
  4. Update your payment info

If that does not do the trick, please open a ticket. Thank you!
