Troubleshoot: Bulk Messaging "Start Queue" button is not clickable

If you are trying to start your bulk message queue, but the button appears to be faded/grayed out or won't allow you to click on it, it generally means one of the following:

1) The extension is not detected and/or logged in. Please follow the steps here to install and log in to your extension: Set Up: Install The Chrome Extension and Setup: How to Log Into the Extension


2) Not all of the message queue settings are configured. Be sure to check that all of the boxes are filled in, including the start and stop times, message count, and message break settings.

Please verify that you are signed into the extension and that all queue settings are configured. If both are complete, please contact support with a Loom showing what's going on at [email protected]
