KPI Dashboard

The KPI Dashboard is a customizable collection of "KPI Cards" (charts & graphs coming soon!) that allow you to keep an eye on how you and your Team are utilizing the CRM.


There are currently two types of KPI Metrics you can track: Real Time and Time-Based.


🔎 Real Time Metrics are tied to Advanced Filter criteria you set up in either the Table or Pipeline Views. When setting up an Advanced Filter, you'll see a new option to "Create KPI Metric" in addition to the "Save View" option you've already had. This will create a "KPI Card" on your Dashboard that displays the current result count of that search.

🕘 Time-Based Metrics allow you to summarize the frequency of historical activities across all Contacts within a selected date range. The KPI Cards in this section are divided into categories automatically. Cards related to Messaging and Status Labels are in one category, then all Pipeline-related cards are grouped by Pipeline.
