Suspend/Pause Account Subscription

Thank you for your request to "suspend" your account. We're glad you're liking the tool but understand that sometimes you need breaks. 

Unfortunately due to the costs we incur to store / host client data, we are unable to store data for clients who do not have an active subscription. Once an account is cancelled, we retain the data for 90 days before purging.
