Introduction

Purpose

This document will guide you through the process of updating your GroupTrack CRM subscription—whether you’re upgrading your plan, adding a new platform, or including extra features to support your workflow.

Scope

This guide applies to all current GroupTrack CRM users who want to modify their current subscription to better align with their business needs and goals.


How to Change Your Plan

Step 1: Navigate to Billing

  1. Log into your GroupTrack Web App.
  2. Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Select Billing from the dropdown menu.
  4. Here, you’ll see all the details of your current subscription.

Step 2: Modify Your Base Subscription

  1. In the Billing section, click on Modify Base Subscription (found on the left side of the page).

    You’ll be able to:

    • Change your current plan to a different base subscription.
    • Add additional platforms if needed.

Step 3: Add On Features

  1. Scroll to the bottom right of the Billing page.
  2. You’ll see an option to purchase additional features (like upgraded automation, integrations, etc.).
  3. Simply select what you’d like to add, confirm your choices, and save.
