This help document will help you better understand why your message may not have been delivered and what you can do about it. While message sending is typically seamless in GroupTrack CRM, platform changes or delays can occasionally cause issues that interrupt automations or manual sending.

Scope

This guide applies to all GroupTrack CRM users who send messages—whether manually or using the bulk messaging feature—on any supported platform (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

What This Message Failure Means

GroupTrack tried to open the chat and send your message… but couldn’t find the right spot to drop it.

It might seem simple (click the message button, paste the text, boom—done)...

But in the world of coding + social media's ever-changing platforms? It’s not always that straightforward.

Translation:

We went to send the message, and the social media platform gave us a blank stare. No conversation window, no message box, just… nope.

What you can do:

✅ Open the contact’s profile in GroupTrack

✅ Click their social link to open their profile on Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn

• If you can’t message them, we can’t either

• If you can, copy the message from GroupTrack and send it manually

  ✅ Let us know what happened—and if something seems off, send us:

  ➡️ The contact’s name

  ➡️ Their social media profile link
