Introduction
Purpose
This help document will help you better understand why your message may not have been delivered and what you can do about it. While message sending is typically seamless in GroupTrack CRM, platform changes or delays can occasionally cause issues that interrupt automations or manual sending.
Scope
This guide applies to all GroupTrack CRM users who send messages—whether manually or using the bulk messaging feature—on any supported platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedInetc.).
What This Message Failure Means
GroupTrack tried to send your message… and something just didn’t work.
Unfortunately, this is one of those catch-all errors where social media didn’t give us a clear explanation. It could be timing, a temporary glitch, a permission issue, or just one of those days where tech says, “Nah.”
Translation:
Something went sideways, and social media isn’t telling us why.
What you can do:
✅ Try messaging that contact manually through Messenger
✅ If it works—awesome! Just copy/paste the message from GT and send
✅ If it doesn’t, they may not be messageable at this time
✅ Either way, update their stage or status label in GroupTrack so you don’t keep trying to message them and hitting a wall
We know it’s frustrating when there’s no clear answer, but you’re not doing anything wrong—this stuff happens, and we’re here to help when it does.
Why This Process is Important
Understanding what caused a message to fail ensures you can take appropriate steps to follow up with your leads and avoid losing potential sales opportunities. Even when tech gets a little glitchy, GroupTrack is designed to give you full visibility and easy solutions to keep your pipeline moving forward.
