Troubleshoot: GroupTrack Not Attaching in Messenger

Trying to work in Messenger but GroupTrack doesn't seem to be attaching to your conversations? Try the following:

  1. Refresh the page - sometimes a quick refresh will get things reconnected up
  2. Follow the general extension troubleshooting steps here: Troubleshoot: Extension "Not Working"
  3. If your extension appears to be updated, logged in, and permissions are correctly set but you still cannot get GroupTrack to attach in Messenger, it may be a permissions issue. Please ensure you have permissions to your team's Catch-All / Holding Tank pipeline as this is the primary pipeline for each GroupTrack team and is required for the tool to connect to Messenger. 
    1. If you are the team owner, you can view your team member permission settings on the team page at app.grouptrackcrm.com/team
    2. If you are not the account / team owner, you may need to ask your team owner to set your permissions using the second half of the steps here: Set Up: Add Team Member & Give Permissions

If none of the troubleshooting tips above work, please contact support with a screen recording (loom.com) showing what is happening, what version numbers you are on, and listing out which steps you have already tried. Please open up the console as well so we can see what error is happening in the behind-the-scenes code that is preventing the tool from attaching to your contact conversations: Run the Console When Recording a Loom
